ACRELSCoin Terms of Use

Effective Date: November 5, 2025
By accessing or using ACRELSCoin.com (“Site”) and its related services (“Services”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. These Terms
form a legally binding agreement between you and ACRELS Inc. (U.S.) and ACRELS Ltd. (Ghana).

ACRELS Coin is a utility token intended to provide access to platform tools, education, listing services,
and tokenized engagement within the ACRELS ecosystem. It is not a security, investment, or equity
instrument. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, legally competent, and in compliance with local laws
governing digital assets. You may not use the Site if you are a citizen or resident of a country where
digital token usage is prohibited.

User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, wallets,
passwords, and account details. ACRELS cannot recover lost credentials or tokens. You are
responsible for all actions taken using your account.

Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for determining and reporting any taxes applicable to your
participation in the ACRELS ecosystem. ACRELS shall not provide tax advice or assume any tax
obligations on your behalf.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Site or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
purposes; to launder money or finance terrorism; or to upload harmful content or violate intellectual
property rights.

Risk Disclosure: Blockchain activities involve risks including price volatility, technological failure, smart
contract bugs, regulatory shifts, and total loss of value. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility
for all such risks.

Non-Custodial System: All ACRELS transactions occur on decentralized, non-custodial smart
contracts. ACRELS has no control over user wallets or funds and cannot reverse transactions.

Third-Party Integrations: ACRELS may integrate or reference external wallets, exchanges, or payment
processors. These are independent entities. ACRELS is not responsible for their reliability,
performance, or compliance.

Intellectual Property: All trademarks, content, and materials on ACRELSCoin.com are the exclusive
property of ACRELS. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Affiliate and Partner Limitation: ACRELS is not responsible for statements or actions made by affiliates,
brokers, or partners unless expressly authorized in writing by ACRELS management.

Force Majeure: ACRELS shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its control,
including acts of God, war, cyberattacks, or regulatory intervention.

AML/KYC Compliance: ACRELS adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know
Your Customer (KYC) standards. ACRELS reserves the right to request identity verification or suspend
access to users suspected of illicit activities.

Data Privacy: ACRELS complies with Ghana’s Data Protection Act (Act 843), U.S. CCPA, and EU
GDPR. User data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions with security safeguards in place.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACRELS shall not be liable for any indirect,
consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Site, including loss of digital assets
or profits.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACRELS, its affiliates, employees, and
directors from any claim or loss arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution: For U.S. users, these Terms are governed by North Carolina law. For international
users, the laws of Ghana apply. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Greensboro, NC
or Accra, Ghana, at ACRELS’s discretion. If arbitration is unenforceable, courts in those jurisdictions
shall have exclusive competence.

Modifications: ACRELS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
